
The latest statistics from the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand have been released, showing a continued steadying of the market.
In the Bay of Plenty, first home buyers and investors were still reported as the most active buyer groups. There were 381 sales across the region for the month of July, the same reported number as the month prior. The median sale price for the Bay of Plenty was $800,000, a 0.6% decrease from June and only a 2.4% decrease from July 2024.
