Mark Leach
General Manager, Bay of Plenty
Mark’s a people-focused leader with a real passion for helping others grow. With a background in sports coaching and years of experience in real estate, he brings energy, purpose and a team-first mindset to his role as GM of EVES Bay of Plenty.
For Mark, it’s all about creating the best platform for people to succeed. He’s driven by a desire to help others unlock their potential, back themselves, and achieve their goals - both in their careers and in life. Whether it’s through one-on-one support, mentoring, or simply creating the right environment, Mark believes everyone has something great to offer - they just need the right space to bring it out.
Previously the Sales Manager at EVES Cherrywood, Mark’s known for his down-to-earth style, supportive leadership, and ability to bring the best out of people. He leads with heart, works hard, and is always up for a coffee and a chat with anyone looking to take the next step.

Steve Lovegrove

Fascinated by the ever-changing environment of the modern real estate business model, pushing the boundaries and challenging traditional thinking is constantly on Steve’s mind.
The most enjoyable part of his role in the business is to encourage and inspire the team. Always willing to share experiences and does not hesitate to get stuck-in with every level of the company.
Ongoing training and development are a vital part of daily life at EVES Real Estate – Rotorua & Whakatane - and Steve leads from the front with this too, spending significant time training researching and learning every new frontier of the international real estate community.
Often accused of ‘talking too much’, a conversation with him will quickly reveal the massive amount of passion that he has for both the company and the future of the industry……and he is always willing to share his vision!
