Terms & Conditions

  • To be eligible for the draw, the property must be listed as a sole agency agreement with EVES Rotorua for a minimum term of 90 days.
  • One entry per property listing. A winning vendor will be randomly selected and announced the week commencing 16th March 2026.
  • The marketing cost will be refunded to the winning vendor from the agency’s commission upon a successful sale.
  • A minimum standard marketing package of $1,280 must be purchased as part of the listing. The winning vendor will be liable to pay for any additional marketing purchased outside of the selected package.
  • All other standard Terms & Conditions of our EVES Marketing Spotlight campaign apply.
  • The marketing cost will not be refunded if the property is withdrawn
  • All other properties listed between 12th January 2026 – 15th March 2026, who have entered the prize draw but not selected as the winner, will be liable to pay the vendor contribution agreed upon at the time of listing.
  • This promotion is run by EVES Rotorua and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Offer expires 15th March 2026.
