David Sharratt has an extensive background and outstanding career in key account management and sales consultancy primarily in FMCG and real estate industries.
A graduate of AUT with a business Management Diploma, David’s past work life is evidence of a man with the capacity to listen to his clients and understanding their needs. This skill has been invaluable in his many years as areal estate sales and marketing specialist.
After more than 13 years marketing and selling homes in the Te Atatu and Mt Albert areas of Auckland, David and his partner moved to Papamoa early 2018. He has joined Eves Papamoa as a senior member of the team, where he will be valued for his experience, empathy and solid grasp of the real estate negotiation and sales process.
David's passion has always been real estate, purchasing his first property at 19. This passion then became his driving force in helping others successfully purchase and sell property.
