I was unwell when I listed the house with Ashleigh, and she went above and beyond helping me to get the house ready for sale. I had to do some remedial building work to obtain a historic CCC. Ashleigh helped every step of the way with advice and support. At all times, I knew that Ashleigh was looking after my interests as the vendor, and she achieved an excellent price in a difficult market. Very highly recommended.
