Born in Whakatāne and raised in Kawerau, Trish developed a love for learning and creativity from a young age. After completing her schooling in Kawerau, she began her career in hairdressing, where her dedication and fresh approach quickly stood out. This led to senior roles in Australia, including Store Manager for a large salon, retail, and piercing franchise.

Throughout her professional journey, Trish made a strong impact on both her community and the wider industry. Her commitment to high standards, team development, and customer care earned consistent recognition, including being named among the top three store managers in Australia on multiple occasions. These achievements reflect not only her results-driven mindset, but also the respect she built as a leader.

After nearly 20 years across the Tasman, the pull of home became too strong. Trish returned to the Bay of Plenty, missing the daily sight of Koro Putauaki and the connection to the place she calls home.

Outside of work, Trish enjoys the simple things. Life on her lifestyle property, time with her cows, spotting weka up the valley, and exploring everything the region has to offer. From Tarawera Falls to walks around Ōtarawairere Beach, she makes the most of the outdoors.

A strong believer in lifelong learning, Trish continues to challenge herself and step beyond her comfort zone after more than 37 years in the same industry. She brings a people-first mindset to everything she does, with a genuine passion for helping others. That now extends to guiding clients through their property journey, whether they are buying, selling, or simply exploring their options.
