• When we decided to sell our house at 12 Knox Place, Greerton, our first question was who do we appoint as our agent? Having seen Sally's face on a lot of sold signs in the Greerton area over the years we decided to pop into the Eves office in Tauriko for a chat with her.
  
  Right from the start we were impressed with her professionalism and enthusiasm. Within a couple of days she had met us at our home to present us with a detailed proposal and plan for the whole process. After signing up we very quickly moved into the open home situation every Sunday at 12.30pm. Feedback on the open homes were always fed back to us in a timely manner. When we failed to get any offers at the auction we felt a bit down, but Sally assured us that the next move of pricing our home on the market would attract a different type of potential buyer.
