Being passionate about the real estate industry and the amazing people involved in EVES is a prerequisite for staying in the industry for over 35 years. Karen attributes her success and that of the company to the commitment of every person to do the best job that they can for the people they work with and for. Karen has a dual role in the company: the first is Office Manager in EVES Bethlehem. Bethlehem and its surroundings are continuing to be a growth area, and it excites Karen and the team to get in and be a part of that growth. The team is a very experienced group of successful realtors who need little leading and more support to keep them balancing work and life. Her second role is that of General Manager for the wider EVES Bay of Plenty team and again works with a group of very experienced, successful and motivated managers who are pivotal to the overall success of the brand and the people in it.

Karen’s real strength is bringing the best out of people. Her pride is in the brand and the great job the team does at not just listing and selling property but in the involvement EVES has in the community.
