“Cronulla will always have a place in my heart, but when my partner and I found the ideal place in Waihi we couldn’t resist. We jumped at the opportunity to buy our first home in the small town where I grew up so our children could experience the same laid-back Kiwi lifestyle,” Dynasty says.

It is obvious Dynasty is a person who enjoys Real Estate and all that it entails, as she is enthusiastic and happy when dealing with people. Dynasty kept us up to date promptly after each viewing, we also appreciate the special marketing package. Not only was Dynasty very professional she was a generously nice person to deal with.

How did you find my communication and availability during the marketing of your home?
Dynasty was easy to deal with from the first time we met her. We had an appraisal done of our home and were just making a few decisions. She answered every question we had (and there were many!) and then we travelled overseas. We stayed in touch and as soon as our new jobs were confirmed, she was right back at the table with us to ensure we could work together on a plan that would benefit us. Communication was clear, all options were presented and every decision we made was our own.
What did I do well in the marketing and selling of the home?
• Keeping us informed of what was happening with our property.
• Being clear about next steps for both us and our purchasers (i.e. so we knew what to expect).
Was there anything that I could have been done better?
Honestly, no! We had a great experience and asked her to come to our home in the first place because it was her listings that were being sold while we watched other properties sit. We needed a result so we could move forward into the next phase of our lives in Wellington and Dynasty absolutely delivered.

Communication was exactly as we agreed with regular updates at the agreed times and whenever there was anything material to update either Dynasty or Jessica would call to ensure we well informed, you gave us great advice on the best method to go to market and were open to having a good discussion on the comparative evidence to assist in selecting the sweet spot for the asking price. You both worked really hard to bring in multiple offers which ultimately resulted in a sale price that we felt was fair and also represented a good result for us.
What really made the difference for us was the attention to detail and the little things that we could not attend to as we live in another part of the country. We are very grateful for the two of you going the extra mile, helping to arrange the house staging, watering the hanging baskets, putting the heat pump on so the house was warm for the open homes.
