Astrid Armstrong brings a wealth of experience to the Whakatane real estate market, having started her career in 1998 right here in the Eastern Bay. Early on, she played a key role in establishing the Pukehina Beach office, which continues to thrive today, and achieved a notable milestone by selling the first beachfront property in the area for over one Million. Her commitment and professionalism earned her recognition as 3rd equal Rookie of the Year and many other industry awards.

Over the years, Astrid has broadened her expertise through roles at EVES Mount Maunganui and at Local Agent - Caloundra, Queensland, Australia, gaining valuable insights into diverse property markets. She holds a full Real Estate Agent’s License, reflecting her dedication to maintaining the highest standards of service and integrity.

After a short break to develop a personal growth business - which she still enjoys part-time - Astrid returned to her true passion: real estate. Today, she works alongside a very successful team at EVES, and her daughter, a successful agent in her own right. While they occasionally collaborate, each operates independently, offering clients unique strengths and perspectives.

Outside of work, Astrid enjoys personal development, reading, singing, renovating, gardening, horse riding, and traveling and entertaining. Recent adventures include a Mediterranean cruise, family time in Italy, and visits with loved ones in the UK.
