Originally from Yorkshire, England, Andy moved overseas in 2016 and spent several years travelling and experiencing different parts of the world, including countries across Asia and spent some time living in Australia before eventually settling in New Zealand. After spending over two years in Wellington, he made the move to Mount Maunganui, a place he now proudly calls home and believes is one of the best places to live in the country.
Several years of local hands-on experience in the residential building industry has given Andy a practical understanding of building quality, materials and the overall structure of residential properties. This background allows him to provide valuable insight when appraising properties, helping both buyers and sellers make more informed decisions.
Andy is naturally people-focused and genuinely enjoys connecting with and helping others; he is particularly focused on guiding people through important property decisions while providing a positive, honest and supportive experience throughout their property journey.
Outside of real estate, Andy has a strong passion for health and fitness and enjoys staying active through running, weightlifting, CrossFit and boxing, which reflect the energy, discipline, and commitment he brings to his professional life.
My SOLD Properties

Buying my first home in New Zealand was a huge step, and having Andy by my side made the whole process feel manageable. He was always proactive, keeping me updated on new properties, arranging viewings around my schedule, answering all my questions and helping me understand each step of the process. His advice was honest, transparent and never pressured me into making a decision. As English is not my first language, I especially appreciated how patiently he explained everything and made sure I understood. Andy genuinely cared about finding the right home for me and celebrated my achievement as if it were his own.
