Ranjit so enjoys the challenge of endeavouring to solve peoples real estate needs.

Arriving from India in 2001 he left behind a career in Civil Engineering, of which he had gained a tertiary qualification. He had grown up in Northern India with his family that was entrenched in horticulture growing wheat, rice, sugar cane, and mustard. Deciding it was time for an adventure he decided that New Zealand was going to be his land of milk and honey!! Ranjit pursued furthering his education and achieved horticultural qualifications by working for a number of years in Orchard Management, much of his experience coming not only from his learnings but from his upbringing as well.

In 2008 Ranjit become self-employed as a taxi driver learning his way around Tauranga like the back of his hand. Throughout this period, he became more and more aware of local real estate as he was asked to help a number of family and friends with their real estate finds as well as investing in property himself. When it was suggested that he enter the real estate field himself it was like a lightbulb had gone off and he has found a truly great fit for his future.

Ranjit so enjoys the challenge of endeavoring to solve people’s real estate needs – whether it be buying or selling, he works with a determination to find the right fit for his clients. Conscientious, hardworking with excellent communication skills people enjoy working with Ranjit. This is fully evidenced by the hundreds of properties he has sold and the many people he has assisted to achieve their real estate goals since he entered the industry in 2018. Ranjit was awarded the Rookie of the Year award for the financial year 2020/21, this reinforces his hard work, commitment, and dedication.


Ranjit speaks a number of languages well – over and above English he fluently speaks Punjabi, Hindi, and Fijian Indian. Ranjit, his wife, and 3 children enjoy all our area has to offer with water sports, children’s soccer and cricket, and their Sikh temple community, making the most of their time together as a family when time allows.


Ranjit believes his hard work, ability to listen, tenacity, empathy, and ethics is the strength that builds his business and at the same time, he loves what he is doing, loves his family, and loves the city that he now calls home.
