Hi, I'm Jan Booth, and have lived in the Bay since 1978 and believe it is one of the best places in the world to live and raise a family. I have four daughters and nine grandchildren who have grown up and enjoyed being part of the community and schools here. We have a beautiful beach and the fabulous walk around and up the Mount is free for everyone to enjoy.
Working with, and meeting people from all walks of life is what I love to do and my affinity and passion for the Bay area is hard to miss.
Rebekka Plane, my eldest daughter works closely with me as part of ‘The Coastal Team’ and we aim for excellence in everything we do.
It is very important to have the right salespeople working for you with enthusiasm and knowledge of the area and the current market. Our down to earth approach, combined with honesty, integrity and friendliness is our way of dealing with all our clients. We believe it is important to be yourself and treat people as you would like to be treated.

In over twenty five years I have achieved many successful outcomes for a wide range of now very loyal and trusting clients. I was Rookie of the Year in my first year in Real Estate many years ago, and I continue to love my job. My customer focused approach to marketing real estate has resulted in several awards over the years including Top Salesperson, Top Achiever, Regional Salesperson of The Year and 100, 200 and 300 Club Millionaire Achiever.

We found from the appraisal through to the auction sale both Jan and Rebekka informative about value, process and possible outcomes with selling our home through auction.
