Local knowledge. Genuine relationships. A fresh approach to real estate.
For me, real estate is about people. It’s about listening, building trust, communicating honestly and working hard for my clients.
I grew up in Tauranga and went to school here, so the Bay of Plenty has always been home. Some locals may know the Snape name: my late dad, Allan, was a well-known golf professional here, and I've been fortunate to have strong connections to the community from an early age.
Before moving into real estate, I spent 25 years in marketing with some of New Zealand's best-known brands. Most recently, I held a senior marketing role with Suntory Oceania, leading teams, managing major brands and partnerships, negotiating with customers and delivering large-scale campaigns.
That experience gave me strong skills in communication, negotiation, relationship building and attention to detail, now I bring them to helping people buy and sell homes.
I especially enjoy working across Ōmokoroa and Bethlehem, as well as the wider Tauranga area. Having grown up here and now raising my own family in Ōmokoroa, I understand what makes these communities so appealing.
Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and I believe the experience should feel personal, well managed and as stress-free as possible. My approach is warm, straightforward and honest. I’ll keep you informed, give you clear advice and work hard to make sure you feel confident every step of the way.
Outside of real estate, family is at the heart of my life. I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughters, catching up with friends, playing golf and making the most of the Bay of Plenty lifestyle.
If you’re thinking about buying or selling, would like to know what your property could be worth, or simply want to have a chat about your next move, I’d love to hear from you.
