Kia ora, I’m Anna Lawrence, a licensed residential real estate salesperson supporting Pāpāmoa locals to make their next move the sweetest one yet.

Why real estate? I’ve had a strong interest in property since childhood, when I spent years designing houses on paper. Later, I developed some DIY skills and gained an appreciation for how formative a home can be, and how an individualised environment can shape the way we live.

Before entering the industry, I built a diverse skill set grounded in creativity, organisation, efficiency and clear communication. I graduated from Massey University with an Honours degree in Design, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing. These foundations continue to support an innovative, process-driven and strategic approach to everything I do.

Since relocating to Pāpāmoa in 2013, I’ve proudly lived and worked within the local community. My background spans business ownership, marketing and international travel, where attention to detail, time management and delivering on expectations were essential. Whether catering through my food truck, curating travel itineraries or designing marketing collateral for businesses, I’ve developed a reputation for being reliable, finding creative solutions and being fully committed to getting the job done - and doing it well.

Having witnessed Pāpāmoa’s growth into one of New Zealand’s most sought-after coastal communities, I bring strong local knowledge alongside a determined and results-focused mindset. I understand that buying or selling property requires trust, and I prioritise honest communication, thorough preparation and a seamless process from start to finish.

I take pride in being highly organised and efficient, ensuring every detail is managed with care while keeping my clients informed and confident at every stage. I have a tendency to put in 200% effort and leave no stone unturned - but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy coastal living with my partner, our active preschooler and our friendly Cavoodle. You’ll often find us at the beach on a sunny day, usually leaving a trail of sand behind us on the walk home! We love spending time outdoors, making the most of local cafés and parks, and travelling when time allows.
