Kia ora, I’m Anna Lawrence, a licensed residential real estate salesperson supporting Papamoa locals to achieve their property goals.

I’ve had a strong interest in real estate since childhood, and before entering the industry, I built a diverse skill set grounded in organisation, efficiency, and clear communication. I graduated from Massey University with an Honours degree in Design, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing which formed foundations that continue to support a structured, strategic approach to everything I do.

Since relocating to Papamoa in 2013, I’ve proudly lived and worked within the local community. My background spans business ownership, marketing, and international travel, where attention to detail, time management, and delivering on expectations were essential. Whether running a food truck, coordinating events, or working as an international travel advisor, I developed a reputation for being reliable, solutions-focused, and committed to getting the job done right, while having some fun!

Having witnessed Papamoa’s growth into one of New Zealand’s most sought-after coastal communities, I bring strong local knowledge alongside a determined and results-driven mindset. I understand that buying or selling property requires trust, and I prioritise honest communication, thorough preparation, and a seamless process from start to finish.

I take pride in being highly organised and efficient, ensuring every detail is managed with care while keeping my clients informed and confident at every stage. My approach is straightforward: work hard, stay focused, and consistently deliver outcomes that align with my clients’ goals.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy coastal living with my partner, our active preschooler, and our friendly cavoodle. We love spending time outdoors, making the most of local cafés and parks, and travelling when time allows.
