Here's how it works

It couldn't be simpler. Book a free property appraisal with an EVES Real Estate salesperson between 1 June and 31 July 2026, and you'll be automatically entered into the prize draw for your local EVES branch.

With all 11 EVES branches taking part, there are 11 prize packages up for grabs across the Bay - each worth $1,000. That's a $1,000 House Wash & Landscape Package that could have your property looking its absolute best.

Terms and Conditions

  • The promotion runs from 1 June 2026 to 31 July 2026 ("the promotional period"). Appraisals must be conducted within this period to be eligible.
  • To enter, participants must complete the entry form in full and have a property appraisal conducted by an EVES Real Estate salesperson during the promotional period.
  • One entry per property will be accepted.
  • All 11 EVES branches are participating. Each branch will have its own independent prize draw, with one prize package awarded per branch; giving a total of 11 prizes to be won.
  • Entrants will be entered into the prize draw for the branch whose salesperson conducted their appraisal. For example, an appraisal conducted by a salesperson based at EVES on Cameron will result in entry into the EVES on Cameron prize draw.
  • The prize for each branch winner is a $1,000 House Wash & Landscape Package. All suppliers are determined by EVES Real Estate. The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.
  • Prize draws will take place on 4 August 2026. Winners will be contacted directly via the details provided on their entry form.
  • The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner being notified. Prizes not redeemed within this timeframe will be forfeited.
  • By entering, participants consent to their name and suburb being used for promotional purposes in the event they are selected as a winner.
  • EVES Real Estate employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. EVES Real Estate reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify non-compliant entries, and amend or cancel the promotion if required.
