Making an Impact with Energy and Empathy
Emma MacDougall is one of a new breed of youthful real estate professionals, bringing fresh perspectives and energy to her career; plus, appreciation of the challenges facing buyers and sellers.
Emma grew up in Tauranga and has been in sales since she left school, was made a retail manager when she was just 17. She took a year out to gain a certificate in veterinary technology which she applied when living on a dairy farm with her partner.
Real estate allows Emma to apply her in depth local knowledge as a long-term Tauranga ‘townie’ in selling city properties and her rural experience to assist country vendors and purchasers. She lives in the lower Kaimais not far from her Eves office at The Lakes, so is perfectly placed for both.
Emma enjoys building a rapport with her clients and the satisfaction gained from making a positive impact on their lives.
“I pride myself on my honesty and aim to make my clients feel comfortable while giving them as much information as possible so they can make an informed decision,” she says.
Emma’s real estate clients will find someone who can walk in their shoes and understands the pressures they are under. Having been on the search for her own first home, she knows how stressful it can be in a fast-moving market and uses her experience to help others realise their property dreams.
Emma loves her country and especially the Bay of Plenty, enjoying an active lifestyle surfing, snowboarding, camping and exploring New Zealand.
Ask for Emma and appreciate the energy, enthusiasm and commitment she applies when working for you.
