Born in Cornwall UK, Kate moved to NZ in 2010 at the age of 20. She fell in love with the country, people and lifestyle. She took up dairy farming and really enjoyed working with animals and the land.
After 6 years of farming she decided to follow her passion for property, qualify as a Real Estate salesperson and has never looked back. From selling sections to farms, rental investments to lifestyle blocks, Kate enjoys introducing people to their new adventure and helping her clients get the maximum amount possible for their biggest assets.

After dealing with what felt like every agent in Waihi while looking for a property for my Dad we knew when we decided to sell that Kate was the agent for us.
She was straight up, approachable and so easy to deal with. She made something we were so stressed and nervous about an absolute breeze!
As first time sellers we were completely new to the process and had plenty of questions. She explained everything thoroughly and in a way that made complete sense to us.
We both work odd hours and she was able to fit in seeing us around our schedules. We have 5 dogs and she even managed to win them all over which is not an easy feat for anyone.
