As an owner of three properties, I had requested a couple of other agents to contact me about my plans to sell all of them with neither agent bothering to following up. I then searched for another agent on the computer and found Joanne who was easily accessible as she had her telephone contact details available. When I first listed the first property at 21 Kowhai Court, Katikati it wasn't in a fit state to start marketing but as soon as the tenants vacated Joanne had the first open home she secured an offer that day for the full listing price. Which I was pleasantly surprised about.
Once this completed then I listed 122 Park Road, Katikati with her and again the tenants didn't make it easy. Joanne wasn't phased and worked with them to enable the property to be open homed.
