Selling a property can be a challenging process, but I can say with all honesty that Andy made the process seamless. We live 5 hours away from what was once our family home and expected to make many trips to and from Waihi during the sales process, but due to Andy’s competence we only had to make one. Andy sought out a contractor to tidy up the property, arranged for the property to be staged so purchasers could see our home's potential and went above and beyond to support us. I have been trying to sell my house on and off for 6 years. I have tried two real estate agents other than Mike Pero. To be honest the house had some issues (not major) but enough to inhibit sales. From the first contact I had an approach that was believable from Louise and later Andy. They identified the issues, told me what I needed to do. I listened (for once) and after a length of time things happened. I sold the house. To summarise: they want to sell houses. They knew my one wasn't going to be easy.
