Grant and Cheryl Child have an extensive and diverse amount of experience in the Real Estate Industry and combine this to provide exemplary service to their clients.
Grant has worked in many facets of the Industry including sales, sales management, Auctioneer, and Auction Management. He has completed a Diploma in Business Studies (Real Estate) at Massey University and holds the AREINZ qualification. Grant has proven his skill as a top Auctioneer by making the finals of the Harcourts National Auctioneer of the Year competition for 6 consecutive years and winning the title in 2006.
Cheryl’s experience has largely been behind the scenes in senior Administration and Information Technology Management roles within the industry. Her grasp of these aspects of the industry along with Grant’s experience of sales, service and management give Grant & Cheryl an edge in that they are specialized in all aspects of the business allowing them to work efficiently and effectively providing their clients and customers with the service they require to achieve their desired results.
After meeting at work, Grant and Cheryl were married in front on their home on Pukehina Beach in March 2009. They have a combined family of 4 children and a granddaughter. Grant & Cheryl enjoy cycling, walking, running, swimming, fishing, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
